# 🍂 Trustio Autumn Update – 3 New Features to Boost Your Reviews

The new season brings fresh opportunities to grow customer trust, and [Trustio](https://apps.shopify.com/trustio-trustpilot-reviews) is excited to introduce a major **Autumn Update** packed with improvements.
This release focuses on one key goal: **helping merchants collect more authentic reviews and display social proof more effectively**, directly inside their Shopify stores.
After listening to feedback from merchants across different industries, our team identified three areas that can make the biggest impact—review collection, visibility, and flexibility.
The result is a set of **three brand-new features** now available for all Trustio users.

The Thank-You page is one of the most valuable yet often overlooked moments in the customer journey.
With the new [Rate Us widget](https://apps.shopify.com/trustio-trustpilot-reviews), merchants can seamlessly invite customers to leave a review **right after checkout**, when satisfaction is at its highest.
This not only increases the number of reviews collected but also provides a direct channel to capture constructive feedback that can guide service improvements.
Merchants can customize the widget to fit their store design and start collecting more meaningful reviews without adding extra steps to the buying process.

### 2️⃣ Micro Review Count – Small but Mighty
First impressions matter. A simple number showing how many customers have already left reviews can instantly reassure new shoppers.
The **Micro Review Count** makes it possible to display a live Trustpilot review total **anywhere on the storefront**—from the header and footer to product pages or even next to the “Add to Cart” button.
Despite its small size, this micro-element acts as a powerful trust signal that helps reduce hesitation and drive conversions.
